I wouldn’t have realized their specific roles if you didn’t say it outright. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a noob or what but we would rather not give the wolves or wolf an easy summary of roles.

I have heard that in some games mods will allow a conversion to happen if wolves are doing poorly (which they are). This begs the question, has a conversion happened yet? If not, my bet is that it will happen soon. Maybe it happened tonight and that’s why there wasn’t a night kill. Who knows?

Sometimes there are certain mechanisms where wolves are told when they get down to a certain number of wolves they get a convert.

I know from the noob game that the people who were vying for mayor get investigated first so yeah trying to get elected wouldn’t really be a smart plan for wolves (unless you have something like BigCat’s power from last game but truly if you have that I think the investigator would get tipped off at least in this non-noob game that kinda redirection power would seem weird and be big red flags that the person is a wolf).



Yeah (after last games heart wrenching betrayal by BigCats I hate to agree with her but) I agree with BigCats. I did read the noob game over and over while playing it, I think it’s hammered into my brain at this point that players that put in their hat for mayor get investigated. I might have just come from the noob game before this but I think it means something that wolves tried to kill me three times before I actually died.

The irony there is that someone voted for wondering and wondering did not vote for themselves iirc. Idk, That was 15 pages ago, but I think that's why I quoted this.

I like the nooblets so far. I think sunny is going to be hard to read kind of like MsP and will be a lynch target often though. Right now I don't think it's wolfy play though. Nav seems fine to me. Sad Miz is deded early. Think she's died early a couple times now in recent games I've played. Cubs seems fine to me right now too.

wolfy is still Sar. I am used to her having more probing questions at the start of a game as village. Think nav also pointed that out. Mutts is one that I also always find suspicious, but nothing major in posts that has points for that vote yet.

I'm at work so haven't been able to read any of the new posts other than scanning for our lynch tally. Rather we not have a tie so. I wanna revenge lynch BigCats (because of noob game) but uhhhhh I guess I shouldn't lynch for that reason. Barks' comments that I saw earlier seemed innocent enough and SAR I think said they were good at reading genny so I would rather not lynch them by some chance they give some good insight on genny. Don't really have a wolf read yet so it's difficult to say.

I want to vote sunbodi or alissa but I'm still figuring out whether I think it's a noob thing or not. If I had to choose between alissa or Sunbodi to vote though, it would be alissa. Maybe tomorrow....

I actually get the rationale, tbh. Both SAR and Barks voted me for self-prez, which is whatever. Cubs rightly noted similarities in my playing style to how I played last game- there's no real way I can convince anyone that that's just how I am unless I flip, so that's just how it's gonna be. I just really do not dig killer's last-hour lynch of me when the only reason was "last game"- little late in the day to be voting based off of grudges. I suppose I can buy that Wolfie just never came back all day to put a real vote down, don't dig that but at least she voted me way early on.

Wolfie - light wolf read. Promised to read the thread "in a bit", never followed through. Timing feels mildly opportunistic (but also congrats on the acceptance because that showed up on my iso since it's broken)
Cubs - feels a bit fluffy but I've liked his last 4 or so posts so a neutral-village lean for that
Killerleaf - not enough to go on here. Definitely flying under the radar
MsP - giving reads and thoughts; more meaningful participation than I feel like I'm used to. Village points for this
Genny - feels like village genny (And Lupin, I did an iso of myself but apparently even when I put a read on genny I keep it to myself or I was a faction not-village. I did have a correct read in NH48 but with the search function being annoying I didn't go through a lot of games. But you'll just have to accept that I feel like I can read genny, even if it's not in the literature [hard for a vet, I know 😛 ])
Nav - feels like village Nav with his rapid fire this morning
Lupin - village points, but honestly Lupin scares me so I never believe my village read even when I make it
Coffee - feels very defensive(?) of noobs and teachery on thread without actually providing a whole lot of her own thoughts? Soft wolf, but with hesitance because I feel like I tend to wolf read and be wrong here

Wondering - wolfy lean. Something just feels off based on tone. Snappy, quick to jump to defenses, feels like jumpy noob wolf. Made noises about not wanting a tie but didn't do anything about it. Maybe because they couldn't without looking sketchy?
Mel/Stagg - Mel's post about game balance felt very angle-shooty to me which isn't normally something I associate with him, pinged my radar and gave wolf points based largely on that. Do also need more here to go on though

Changing colors on parts I find interesting.

Honestly it's hard to formulate a read's list from what I have glanced at so far. It seems like a lot of people are going off of knowing how people have played in the past, making it easier to read them knowing habits.

It seems like the only realistic villager read is sunbodi (unless killing off a wolf in a tie was their genius idea to make everyone believe they are villager 😛).

For the record, yes I would've changed my vote had I come in to see the lynch vote and not let it end in a tie (so i would've either switched to barks or someone else, which would've been basically voting barks anyways). Sorry I was busy celebrating my acceptance to Davis that I completely forgot about this game lol!

My only read now is everyone who jumped onto the BigCats lynch to try and possible save Barks? -- The 3rd and 4th vote would seem a little extra sketchy than cubs 2nd vote. So my light wolf reads currently would be killer and SAR.

I hate everything nav has said up through page 5. His analysis is superficial and he seems to be labelling a lot as sketchy just so he can keep his options open about where to vote. I don't like his play at all.



These posts make me so uncomfortable and annoyed, mainly because you seem to have fallen for Nav's fake wolf-hunting as real.

And…. I am genuinely curious if you still feel that way with how things have flipped.

Looking at the leading candidates:
I like that there's pressure on MPM, didn't realize she was being pushed when I made my last post to her.

I understand that Wolfie started the counterwagon to barks, but it doesn't seem like she meant to legitimately or was around to change her vote. I think this vote is kinda lazy.

Is VCA and her position on the Barks v SAR lynch the reasoning behind people voting Killer because I could back that.

I also don't like the movement away from wolfy candidates here.

Village. Usually her tone the first couple posts is good enough for me to confirm village. But wolf!genny is more on eggshells and feels like she's forcing herself to be lighthearted and fun. Because of that, I can't see wolf!genny making a claim like Village PR that should be made Mayor. Too much spotlight for her.

Navilly-This person scares me. Way too adept for me to give accurate reads. Will just say that she and lupin and mizchief were worried about SAR. For an adept player just wanted to mention that all their neutrals are wolves for me.
MPM- Sorry for pushing the vote in your direction. You also mentioned SAR. I highly doubt 3-4 wolf would all bring up the same name.
Lupin-For a veteran player you haven't given us any list whatsoever besides saying SAR is sus. Please help village out.

Unless they're a closeted veteran why would they put attention on themselves D1 if they are a wolf?

I was sus of wondering early on but not anymore.

Right now I'm interested in Ms P. I'm also comfortable putting pressure on genny.

Your logic is missing some steps here, could you think of a reason?

Nav was on a wolf for every lynch. It seems too convenient to me. I'm also interested in alissa though, so I'd like to hear more on that. Especially since she supposedly gained her ability two days ago/didn't do anything with it before then...

So I am an even night seer. I can only seer in even nights. So far we’ve only had 2 nights. On N1, I had to give a list of targets. Here is my list and my notes with them. On night 5 (tonight) I can submit a new list. So I really hope I don’t die and can seer at least one more person. The list I plan to submit is a work in progress and may shuffle around depending on the discussion today.

Bad idea, just saying. No role reveals, even MPM being "forced" to out herself was not really a forced thing. That was a last second play by a wolf (well done) to reveal the protector

No I had to submit an unchanging list on N1. I don’t have any actions on odd nights. Except for night 5 where I can submit a new list. I’ve never played where I had night actions or could seer so nothing seemed odd to me
