This is the best quote I've heard in a while. Do people seriously still think you should look to girls for dating advice? Girls will always tell you what they THINK they want, but what they are attracted to is a whole other story.

The rest of this thread is just a ton of keyboard warriors pounding away at each other though.

Because society is harsher on women for sleeping around more than men. Its not going to change anytime soon, if at all. Thus it is worse when women sleep around more because they are more likely to have those STDs then men.

Or maybe people should stop labeling others based on their sexual preferences and just worry about themselves and their preferences. I am realistic and I know that's not going to happen anytime soon, or ever, but one can dream and attempt to make change. The double standard is disgusting and archaic, and a lot of the posts in this thread just perpetuate that.

:laugh::laugh: yeah the whole point of having labels is to attach them to people that fit the definition. And so other people know if a woman is a slut or a ho ( therefore having a higher chance of having STDs and allowing the man to address a given situation accordingly).

In no particular order : intellect, ambition, beauty, body, un-stuckupness, and women who dont have a sense of entitlement, and unprudeness

Why do most fishermen like girls that are biatches and that like to be bossy and loud and rude? You all say you like nice girls that are "limited on the partners" and other untrue stuff... but then you end up marrying a biatch.. ??? why is that? the same reason I think you all mentioned that girls don't want a nice guy ... they kinda want a prick .. am I right?

med school is basically high school with all the cliques, gossip, and stupid drama except that people are smarter and you spend more time at the library.

the nice thing is that you don't have to go to class (although you have to go to labs) so you can avoid a lot of that if you want to

That's what I do. However, I go to bar outings where I sit back and watch people spill juicy details :meanie:

same with the times sitting around doing nothing on rotations...that's another prime time where people bring up interesting discussions!

Just like in class, girls come to class with their short shorts on or super mini skirt and THEN have the NERVES to CROSS their legs.. 😕 now there is a style where girls wear something called a bralet that is worn like a shirt. basically a bra. and they wear it with a "circle skirt" or high waisted shorts... I think it looks very slutish however, many girls really like this style and even dress their young daughters in crap like that giving the message that it is OKAY... I mean they wear this during the day ... in class!! so sad 🙁

I search it up, it looks okay on chicks I wouldn't really think a girl would be a slut if I saw one wearing that. Especially in Texas our normal days right now are in 90s.

I recently hung out with students from Harvard Med, Tufts Med, and my school (BU Med)...Iet's just say that everyone knew how to have just as much fun as undergrad. However, I'm not sure how often this gets to happen because it is summer. Also, I haven't gotten to the med school part of my combined program yet. Everyone I encountered seemed cohesive (not just with students from their home school) but also with med schools in the surrounding area, obviously.

So you really think the internet gives you a reason to say whatever you want with no consequences? I go to UTH, a school to which you are applying, and am pretty good friends with the admissions people. From your mdApps, you seem pretty easy to identify, and I am strongly considering showing them your beliefs. I don't think that they would want to be associated with someone who thinks of women in this way
