I'm applying to St. Augustine for fall 2016, although my personal statement, references and observation verification are all pending. I received an email directly from the president inviting me for a telephone convo or to answer questions. I feel like I'm being recruited... I know it's for-profit and all the outreach is making me skeptical. Has anyone else received a message from the president?

This is not surprising, however, if you continue to be suspicious...voice it from the mountaintop to anyone here. Things are going to get worse at USA. All you have to do is google search laureate education and firebird school of business in arizona and you'll see the negative publicity.

Im currently applying to St. Augustine too. When I read this reviews I felt like giving up on the application process. The reviews are horrible! Not sure if I still want to apply but might just give it a try.

I wouldn't. The institution is all about one thing.....turning a profit.
