Step 1/Complex 1 Study Plans?

Hello everyone. I know that there are a ton of posts on SDN, reddit, and google regarding how to best prepare for Step 1/Comlex Level 1, but they all seem to be surrounded around what to do around dedicated study time. Can any recent DO students speak about their prep for Step 1/Comlex Level 1 through the year and what you would have done differently if you were to do it again (i.e. focus on school more or focus specifically on board exam material).
