i recieved a letter from stonybrook that just thanked me for coming down for an interview and that they hoped i enjoyed my day and they gave me a # for further questions. did anybody else recieve this, does it mean anything or is it just a plain thank you note. can someone please clarify.

I got the same letter. I was one of the first people who interviewed at Stony Brook (early September), and I still have not heard anything from them. I hate to say it, but the letter does not mean anything.
