I've signed up for these classes that last all summer.

-Intro to ethics 3 hrs
-World lit. 3 hrs
-statistics 3 hrs
-microbiology 4 hrs

Does this sound like too much? I've never taken summer classes before. The stats class only last 1 month and the others are all summer. That is what worries me---having a class crammed into 1 month while taking 3 others.

i was in a similar situation, but was told taking 12 hours during one summer will screw up the amount of credits in my scheldule afterwards, meaning id eather graduate one semester early taking 16 credits a semester, or finish in the regular 4 years taking 12 credits a semester...i decided to just spread those 12 summer credits over the 4 years, from what i can see summer classes are NOT easier than regular semester classes, considering ur gonna have a test every week in every class if its for half the summer, if its for the full summer itd be just like a regular semester

Yeah, I'm not too excited about taking it, but I can get my associates degree if I take lit and stats (need 20 hrs at CC)

I'm leaning toward switching to a sociology major, so I'll be able to keep my hours up with dental pre-reqs.....if not for switching majors, I'd much rather have my summer free.

i do not think that the workload is too much. remember, dental schools like to see that because when you are in one, you will be taking 25 credit hours a semester, so go ahead and take them.

next semester im taking Organic I, Micribiology, Neurobiology, and Medical terminology. ill turn my life off, but it will look good and the school will trust me to finish the 4 years without problem instead of wasting one of their seats for the cycle.

good luck man! 🙂

doesnt seem like that scheldule would need u to turn ur life off, now if u added another science class to that, ie physiology, now thatll be hardcore
