The morning news brought us back to the sewer. This time, a turtle shell wasn't left behind but a robe was. A little further along bits of cheese were found. Just a few more feet beyond that a giant mousetrap was found. It had been sprung and in it's jaws was the dead body of Master Splinter, DVMDream, a citizen.
Elsewhere in the city, more ooze was found.
Lynch deadline of 10am CDT. You must also elect a new Master Splinter by that time.

It didn't take long for the citizens to determine that Nohika was responsible for the murders that had plagued the city. They went to her house and beat on her door. Sleepily, she answered it. They grabbed her and strung her up from a tree.

There was so much activity last night that the news lasted a half hour longer than normal. Unfortunately for the citizens of the city, none of this news was good.
Our first story of the night takes us once again to the sewer. There, strewn among empty pizza boxes, was the ripped apart body of SOV, otherwise known as Raphael, the protector. It is such a shame that he couldn't protect himself.
The other headline story for the night was the freak electrical storm that hit the city some time in the night. It has knocked out all communications in the entire city. That means that no one is allowed to PM until further notice.
It is now Day 6. Lynch a player by 8pm CDT.

Since it looks like no one is going to respond to devyn's defense- Voting closed. Results pending.
Kakuru quickly accused devyn of being a wolf and although devyn denied it, no one bought into her defense. They cornered her in a dark alley and put a noose around her neck. They carried her to the park to hang her from a tree. As they kicked the chair out from under her, the rope broke! Devyn fell to the ground. While everyone was standing there stunned, devyn scampered off into the darkening night.
The communication towers in the city have been restored. You may now PM normally.
