Temple vs Jefferson

I got accepted to both Jefferson and Temple. I'm torn on which one to choose though. Which one is better and why?

I would choose Jefferson mostly because of the location. Temple seems to be in a less safe area. Besides that, I think they are pretty similar. Maybe look at the curriculum, grading, where rotations are, etc.
