Well, I like it more than I expected to like it... that being said...
I psyched myself up this morning to go into this whole thing with an open mind but within the first 15 minutes of getting there I heard this med student just start ripping on San Antonio. (How they're all *****s and how could anyone hope to get a good medical education there). Well that turned me off (a ton) but I figured I would still give the school the shot even if there was one complete tool who attended there. I loved both my interviewers (they were awesome
😍 ) and I met some really really cool med students at lunch. (though one straight up told me that if I like medical humanities, Southwestern is NOT the place for me) Plus there was one super hot 4-year giving tours
The facilites are really amazing (I knew that going in) but I still feel like I didn't click with the med students. I'm going to sleep on it and see how I feel. All in all, I'm glad I went though. I think I would have regretted not going.
