Just got the email from UTMB!
I know. I don't know why I let myself get all excited about a countdown to midnight just because of how things happened in years past. I mean their website does specifically say 8 AM CST...

UTMB seems to have known beforehand and set up an auto email to its matches scheduled to go out at midnight. I assume their TMDSAS still says nothing.

I'm not surprised. UTMB was the first school to send out prematches (right after midnight).
Most of the other schools sent out info after 8 AM on the first day of prematch. Best of luck to everyone who is still waiting.

I'm actually surprised UTSW didn't send out matches right now, considering I got my UTMB prematch 10 mins after my UTSW one (actually had me believing I got into UTSW and rejected from UTMB). Either that, or they only matched 1-2 people as usual so they might not be SDN users.
Congrats to everyone that matched at UTMB! Unfortunately, I didn't match at midnight like some of you guys did.. but here's to hoping that the 8am matches at other schools will open up some seats at UTMB for those who really want to go here.. me included. 😀

Yeah, UTSW's match is basically non-existent... who knows though, maybe someone on SDN will prove us wrong.

I matched, but not to my first choice (UTSW). Does anyone know with what frequency they start sending out acceptances after this process? I know a large part of their class who I met at my interview day said they didn't match there.

I'm curious about the waitlist as well, I matched to my #2. Don't get me wrong though, I am still ecstatic to have SOMEWHERE to go 🙂
Congrats, Morzh! I've been pulling for you to get in there!
UTSW will begin extending acceptances from now until the summer. You will usually see the most movement in the waitlist around the end of april/early may as students have to respond to the acceptance deadlines of out of state schools. So if your heart is set on UTSW don't give up hope. I did not get in until late April and I have friends in the class who did not find out until June. If you have questions about the school or waitlist stuff feel free to PM me.
