Does any one have info about Texas Medical Boards requirement of Form L? Apart from training programs do they require Form L from observership and elective supervisors as well?
I have applied for PIT for my fellowship and after like 6 weeks they asked me to provide them with all the activities since my graduation from medical school. I did a few observerships with community physicians and I am not sure if they will ask for Form Ls from those?
