Have you been able to log in to web advisor? I get an error message that says I’m not authorized to access the requested process. I’m able to access the pioneer portal but not webadvisor.

Will you keep us posted? I don’t know if it will be discouraging or encouraging to hear about others getting off the waitlist! I emailed TWU OT coordinator and they said that they email on a daily basis....

I got off the phone with an advisor earlier this week. She said mid-late Feb!
 
Also I put on the application that I would take any campus. Does that make a difference? or does it have to be the campus of your first choice? sooo anxious!

They sent out acceptances to their top applicants already. As those candidates decline they will pull from the waitlist.

I think telling them you’d be willing to go to any campus will increase your odds of getting off the waitlist! Try to stay positive!

It's so hard! The anxiety is killing me! Congratulations on getting in! I wonder if emailing them perhaps once a week will show them I am interested in their program and raise my chances?

Yes, it does make a difference. It means you are in the waitlist and will accept for any of the three locations. It gives you more of a chance of getting in instead of only accepting from one location making the wait longer.

Do you know what is strange? I received an email that Friday Feb 1st from TWU HOU telling me that I can choose to be on a waitlist. A couple of days later I was notified of an acceptance...so it seems like they are already contacting people on a waitlist!

Amber Geldersma - coordinator for OT - responded to my email and the notice is on a daily basis. Whoever is higher up on the list will be notified first.

Do they only offer admissions for the school of your first choice? or is it any of the campuses?

yes of course I’ll post, I only applied to Texas Tech and TWU (Dallas and Denton) and waitlisted at both!! Can’t stand the limbo I feel like my life is at a stand still!!

aight so I finally came at a decision (somehow) and chose UTMB! I accepted the offer today after a lot of consideration and I'm super excited! That being said, I will not accept TWU-Dallas so good luck to those still on the waitlist! I expect a lot of movement coming soon as February 15th approaches.
 
I have been waitlisted at both TTU and TWU Dallas... trying to stay positive but it's really hard. I have talked on the phone with TWU and she said it would go really fast after the 15th, slow down, and then late Spring semester pick up again. Anyone been moved from TWU Dallas waitlist to accepted?

I haven't yet. I'm wait-listed also from TWU Dallas. Hoping for the best

Waitlisted for Dallas as well 🙁 Just had my interview with St. Augustine on the 2nd so should be hearing back in another week or two! Also still waiting to hear back from ACU, Nova, and Howard U. I'm sooo anxious!

I have no idea. I’m sure there’s some kind of ranking. However, when I called to see if they would give me any information at all about how they go about choosing admissions had mentioned it was confidential.

I’ve also been waitlisted but hoping for a response soon!

I've only gotten the email too.. Do you think the official acceptance will have instructions for paperwork like immunizations, background check, etc.?

I looked at the academic calendar from last year and fall classes started August 27. So I’m assuming we will start around that same time. I imagine they will send info in the official acceptance with dates and more info about what’s next.

I hope it’s soon! I also hope that within the packet they provide information for a class Facebook page so we can start to meet our classmates!

I only got the link like everyone else has mentioned. However, does anyone know if someone started a group page already?

All I have received is the email and the link to accept! I don’t believe anyone has received official mail and there is no group page that I have found.
