Having same issues here. I can't get into aacomas now. I keep getting a "security warning". I've tried different browsers and computers.

Does anyone know if the app has to be verified every time you submit to a new program? I submitted a couple weeks ago to one program just to get verified early and when I submitted to the rest of my schools it shows that I need to be verified again for each school. Is this typical or should I call AACOMAS?

I have the same problem too. I submitted to most of my schools 10 days ago and they got verified this morning. I added two more schools yesterday and those are not verified.

Yeah, in your case it could be a glitch. I've already done this on my end and that's how it ended up.

I really don't like this new AACOMAS app, even though I've never tried the old one. AMCAS did go very smoothly last year.

with the GPA display on your application. Our head verifier is going to
investigate your case more closely, to be sure that the GPA is being calculated
correctly.

This issue is not just impacting you, but all AACOMAS applicants, and our
Support Team is working hard to fix this issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, I do not have a time frame for when this issue will be fixed,
however, it is certainly our Support Team's top priority.

Fantastic. I believe AACOMAS has failed on every aspect of the application process at least 1 time except for extracting money out of our bank accounts.

For the people worried about their GPAs not being on their verified primary, I just called them and they told me what was going on.

Apparently there has been yet another bug with this new AACOMAS system and it might be the end of this week or even the next week before they get GPAs up on the primary.

They are also waiting till the end of June for MCAT scores as well.

From what they told me on the phone, MOST people are having a problem with GPA showing up on their transcript.

Honestly they can take all the time they want, but if they miscalculate my GPA i'm going to be furious.

I was verified a while ago and my undergraduate science gpa didn't match my overall science gpa even though the only classes I have ever taken in my life are undergraduate classes. I emailed them and this was their response:

"After investigation, we
have found that you have a 3.00 credit food science course in one of your
senior terms. AACOM , the national association that we work with, has requested
that Food Science courses be included into a 'Science' Subject GPA but a 'Non
Science' by Year GPA.

That is why you see the discrepancy in your GPA breakdown. Based on the
configuration of GPA breakdown provided to AACOMAS by AACOM, your GPA breakdown
is correct.

AACOMAS is currently in the process of getting these changed so they match in
both GPA breakdowns. Once that happens we will be recalculating all AACOMAS
GPAs. For now, the GPA is correct according to AACOMAS GPA breakdown."

For the people worried about their GPAs not being on their verified primary, I just called them and they told me what was going on.

Apparently there has been yet another bug with this new AACOMAS system and it might be the end of this week or even the next week before they get GPAs up on the primary.

They are also waiting till the end of June for MCAT scores as well.

What sucks about this is I could have taken more time to write my PS and been able to add more experiences. But I turned it in earlier because I thought it would have a small benefit. At this point, people submitting right now might be in the same batch as people who submitted weeks ago.

I think what they are saying is...originally their system had it so that Food Science is not part of "Science" GPA..so it although they have reclassified Food Science to "Science" their year-by-year breakdown wasn't set up to put that course in yearly category. Think they mean they are working on including in the yearly category.

I also got that message from MUCOM. AACOMAS is really getting on my nerve.

Question though. AACOMAS changed some of my course subjects around, which is whatever, but it lets me know that they've made changes. They didn't alter my credits for my repeated courses, as in they didn't change my initial take from 0.0 credits to 3.0 credits. Does this seem like a good sign that my retakes will count?

Ohh. I take it that this glitch is occurring for those who recently submitted? I was having this problem earlier but AACOMAS fixed it for those who were verified in the first 2-3 weeks and my GPAs come up.

You can find your GPA in the Program Status. Download one of the applications, and it'll be in there. However, I think that feature is down right now.
