Just curious but does anyone know when the final deposit date for OSU's class this year was or is?

They sent an email about updating their alternate list. Does anyone know if this means spots have opened up or are they updating in preparation that spots open up?

Does anyone know if one qualifies as a "Forever Buckeye" are they considered an IS applicant? I know if your considered a "Forever Buckeye" you receive the in-state tuition rate upon enrollment, but just wanted to know if that qualifies you as in-state throughout the admissions process.
