Well at least your name is "not a movie star", or worse, "mistake". I imagine at that point you'd be too messed up to become a doctor.

Did you read of that couple that named their kid "4real"? Yes, with a numerical 4 (I think they ultimately were not allowed to name him that). They reasoned with authorities that it had been the first thing the lady had said when she'd seen the baby in the ultrasound, like "wow, it's for real". I guess that's better than if she'd said "holy *****" or something, but still.

yes, the only flip side in my life is that at least my name wasn't "mistake"...


although it might (in some twisted way) be kind of cool if my name was "holy ****" 🙄
 
Just thought I would stop by and say that there are a lot of attractive young pre-med and med ladies posting in this forum.

I grew up right near new haven, never heard of the burrito carts, although Pepe's and Modern both have phenomenal pizza... it's a toss up as to which is better.

You have to actually be on Yale campus to know about the Burrito carts... they are a good alternative to G-heav.

Dienekes are you still around Yale campus? For some reason I thot you graduated years ago
 
I'm torn between taking a picture of myself, uploading it and worrying about it biting me in the buttocks and not posting it and literally shooting myself in the foot.

Imagine debating with yourself how to keep your arch enemy at "arm's length." You could literally follow him around all day and make sure he's exactly one arm length away from you, or you could stay a figuratively arm's length away. You might get a picture of the dilemma. It's not really a catch-22 since I'll probably forget about it after I go to sleep tonight. Although if the dilemma keeps me up then I suppose it would be a catch-22.

My bad. I forgot to mention that I have to shoot myself in the foot. I will either do it metaphorically on this thread or possibly literally. It was an exercise in drunken philosophy and I don't think I'm going to follow through with either since I no longer remember why I have to shoot myself.
