their interview schedule is pretty much consistent every year. just follow the 2023 thread
a lot of the class will also be post December

So majority of their invites and acceptances come post dec?

no it's probably something like 50/50 but a lot of pre December acceptances end up declining
there were a number of students who got into tufts from my masters program pre December, but a majority ended up going somewhere else (usually state school). this school seems like it's a safety school for most similar to NYU. not sure if it has to do with it but notice how NYU and tufts start interviewing fairly later than most of the other dental schools

OH gotcha, that def makes more sense, so that would also mean tufts will give out many more interviews than just for the class (to compensate for people dropping their spots for other schools)

by the way did you do your masters at barry? or rutgers?

Is this true that people have gotten interviews from Tufts so far are those that finished Masters? And Tufts would interview people with BS/BA degree later on?

It really depends on the applicant. I'm sure some applicants with BA or BS have received invites

About half the class has a completed master's degree at the start of dental school. From my understanding, Tufts requires you to finish your master's degree if you already started it. Also, you simply have a higher chance of acceptance at Tufts if you complete a master's, but they most definitely interview applicants with BS/BA degrees.

Should I be worried if my application status is still Complete instead of under review?? I got an application complete email on july 15

I'm in the same boat! But my friend who goes there said that Tufts sends interviews out later than other schools, and it's still early in the cycle

I share this concern with you...although it seems some have received invites despite their status still being received/app compete
 
Hey all, I submitted my app on 09/10 and received a confirmation email 09/18. Does anyone think I have a shot at a pre dec. interview?
