Mine also says "recieved/application complete" all of my other schools say "recived/under review" or "invited for interview". Since this one says complete, have I been passed over?

I got an email from UIC saying my application was complete on August 1st. Do they usually take this long to review application/ send out interviews? I already got interviews at SIU, UDM, and MWU-IL, but still waiting for UIC.

Also can you follow up after your interview to describe what types of questions they ask and if they ask ethical questions?
