***the official unlv class of 2019 interview/acceptance thread***

Invited for an interview today !! (1/30)
 
I just got an interview invite on 11/6, you schedule on their scheduling site, but the earliest available interview date is 2/6/15 which is what I scheduled for, definitely post-Dec haha. They only interview on Fridays. I think February is wayy too late but just a back up, You can cancel up to 48 hours before the interview day. Here's my stats:

OOS
AADSAS submission: 8/22
Secondary, Supplemental Fee receipt and "Application Complete" email 9/9
DAT: AA/TS/PAT/RC 22/23/20/20, none below 20
SGPA/NonSGPA/OGPA: 3.7/3.9/3.75

Today is the 3 weeks countdown from Dec 01.

I am getting more anxious and trying not to go crazy.
 
I applied first batch and I just received notification that my app is complete lol....great.

You probably should have called them earlier. I submitted my application around late june or early July and did not hear anything for over a month, so I called them in the beginning of August and the lady was like "oh I see here your application should have been complete on 7/11... Let me mark it complete for you and forward it to the committee" lol. If I hadn't called I might have been in the same boat as you

Wow even better... my hard earned money down the drain! thanks for the advice
 
For those of you who interviewed pre-December, did your AADSAS status change to "please check back on Decmeber 1st...."? Mine still says invited for interview..
 
I still have invited for interview... and wonder it means we are waitlisted..
 
Mine just changed to "please check back on Decmeber 1st...." today. I interviewed in October.

I just read it somewhere and people said 'check back-' update after interview means you are accepted. No status change means that your file is still under review, perhaps wait listed... I don't know how people discovered this though.
 
can someone please remind me if we call the school to find out our status on Dec 1 or wait for their call? if i remember correctly this was the only school that told us to call

from my understanding, they send out acceptances through snail mail… if we want to know our status earlier we can call them
 
Does anyone know what the 4 year cost of attendance will be? The numbers in the ADEA guide don't add up and as far as I know, we can apply for in state tuition after the first year.
 
Has anyone who is out of state and interviewed already got the "check back dec 1" in their portal?

Yeah of course! My GPA is 3.14 (with an upward trend my last year of 3.83). DAT stats are- AA: 23 TS: 24 PAT 21. I'm not entirely sure if a status change truly means anything at this point, other than they have reviewed your app. I interviewed 11/14 so they've had a few weeks to review me 🙂 Best of luck to you!!

I feel you haha, not sure if we are looking too much into this status change topic. I looked at your stats and you should have a really high pre interview score so that's good!

ahhh i interviewed Nov. 21 also but my status changed to dec 1... is status change an acceptance or could it be a waitlist? im going to die trying to make it through these last 30ish hours!!
 
Hey guys if we got the "check back status" shouldn't we be able to check tonight at midnight and shouldn't it show "offer made" tonight since the decision is supposedly entered into AADSAS already?
