I have been catching up on the series via Netflix, as I didn't watch it in the original run.
I saw the episode with my demise the day before someone on SDN told me about "my" death, so I cut it awfully close.

Plus, I just thought it was a better name than Avon Barksdale or Omar Little or Marlo Stanfield. Though "Slim Charles" has a nice ring to it.
