Too late to add NYU, case, UNLV or MW-AZ?

Case is probably not a good idea at this point. They are already filled up to march as far as interviews go. You gotta be REALLY early for Case. MW AZ and NYU are a little more likely.

For Pre-dec invites, I think MW AZ is kinda too late because I got an invite for a November interview back in September.

I would have to think it is fine to still apply to NYU considering the large class size/cost, etc. I interviewed at UNLV and when they presented stats they said that of the 375 people interviewed 180 were accepted and they had a wait list with a lot of movement (I think 17 or 18 out of 34 people were accepted). However they have a formula they use for interviews/acceptance/wait list rank - I would make sure to look to see how you fit on that before you spend the $ (http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=857322). No idea on MW-AZ and Case.

hi i've just taken my NBDE part 1 exam,waiting for the result and having a really hard time preparing for DAT as is required by NYU..and TOEFL too...
plan is to enroll in NYU, please advise me if i'm doin the right thing rushing in for NYU ? what other options do i have.
and somebody plssssssss help me with DAT preparation...have no clue what to study n where to study it from,thanx

I have a pre interview score of 24.2, not sure what that means. I see they use the least important score as well.

IF you were to add a school from that list, your best shot is NYU.

UNLV would prob be a rejection this late in the game for someone that is OOS. when i went there, the dean said august was prob the latest that someone could apply as an OOS for a decent shot.

mwu az and il are sticklers for bcp/science gpas..

nyu might favor your higher dat score for your lower gpa...but man, it's kinda late.

if you have $$ to spend, i'd say nyu.

Yea screw it. I'll take my chances with my three interviews and hope for the best in dec.
