Took 'foreign language' at a JC in high school. Do i need to send their transcript?

I took ASL in high school to fulfill my language requirement, and ended up using it to fulfill my college language requirement. It shows up as units on my actual transcript as transfer courses, but no grade shows up. All other classes were taken at my undergrad. Do i need to request a transcript from that JC as well? (i took ASL 1 and 2, but only ASL 1 was used to fulfill a requirement)
