Tools for Scheduling Interviews

I'm using Gmail and Google Calendar right now, but it seems a little overwhelming being attached to my phone 24/7 (or at least during working hours on weekdays), especially when I'm on interviews.

Is there an app or program or something to help with this?

I've been using the classic gmail app + constant checking combo which is definitely a little annoying. Havent heard of any app that would assist with scheduling but that sounds super cool!!!

I just have a notepad app and pinned a note to my home screen with all dates. Otherwise for invites I just sent up priority for Gmail and also having it forward ERAS, IB and thalamus invites to my school email. That way if I get two vibrations I know it's an invite. And checking 24/7. Just part of the game.
