What are my chances at Touro. Applying this summer for fall 2013. Gpa 3.4, shooting for 28-32 on mcat in may. Lots of ec, shadowing, volunteer, research (with publication). LORs from both MD and DO. I would appreciate feedback from anybody who applied/attended

You know there's three schools that go by the name of "touro", right?

I got interviews at all three with a 3.23 sciGPA and a 25R mcat, but with great EC's (1000+ hours working in the ED, volunteering, leadership experience, trilingual, etc).

One thing i find with "what are my chances" forums is that so many ppl put "tons of ec, etc etc". I wanna see someone put down "25 3.1gpa, no ec cuz i partied too much"

to be fair... he said touro college. only one is touro college blah blah blah. the others are touro university, a name change so that theyre money supply isnt tied to the nyc main campus (not a big issue for a medical school in the same county) but thats a really random technicality.

I submitted my primary in mid jan, but did not receive a secondary from them. Is Touro accredited? i realize there were some ambivalent response to this question previously
