Hello everyone, I have seemed to put myself into a pickle.

I am a current pgy1 resident applying to a pgy2, I transferred all my old data to my new account and updated everything that was new (except my transcript). There was never a transcript request form icon near my pharmacy school attended so I didn't update it. The current transcript uploaded is from the previous cycle which has all my classes/rotations minus my final spring semester.

When I look under my status, it says I am missing a transcript. Does this mean I am basically disqualified for application review?

As long as your program isn't specifically requesting the last semester, I think it may be fine (although a call to PhORCAS to make sure everything is good wouldn't hurt). PhORCAS will keep your pharmacy transcript from the previous year, but not any other transcripts such as a master's program, etc. With mine, the system flags the transcript as not received although if I click on status it shows the transcripts on file.

I called PhORCAS, and they said they didn't see an issue with my account. According to my current RPD, it will probably flag the application as submitted but incomplete. The incompletes have to be manually reviewed and marked as complete by the RPD. Apparently having an incomplete status doesn't mean much since half of the applications we receive are incorrectly marked as incomplete.
