Here's the short version: Deadline was 01/05. Application was in on time but undergrad transcripts didn't get there until 01/11. Deal breaker? Read on if you want to know the back story...
So I know this was an oversight on my part - I don't need to be told that. On the ASHP residency directory page, under special requirements for acceptance or whatever (where the application TELLS you to look to see if undergrad transcripts are needed!) there was no mention of a program I applied to requiring these. I looked asap after the app opened in November, got my pharmacy one sent in no issues, and moved on to the rest of the app. Fast forward to just before New Years when I'm taking a look (not the first time, just refreshing before finalizing my LOI) at the program website again and I see that they DO want undergrad transcripts.
I got them sent in asap and emailed the RPD to let them know they were coming and that if they wanted I'd hand-deliver a certified copy while they waited (although I didn't explain the ASHP not updated page situation bc I didn't want to sound like I was blaming her). Is this a deal breaker? None of my emails to the RPD have been answered...
