I don't think it will hurt you in any way. Failing out of one school and switching to another is a bad idea (in general). But if you can make this happen, I don't see any issues. Unclear if SGU will take you - they used to consider transfers like this with those with high S1 scores, but now it's P/F.
Why would switching to a better school be a bad thing?
