More people will probably be pulled in the next few days since today is decision day, so they'll have a better idea of how many students are attending this Fall and will be able to go through the waitlist with an exact number of students to pull

Not necessarily, I think. It's just that OOS waitlists tends to be way larger and a lot more fluid than IS waitlists.

I did not! I was advised not to and honestly had very low hopes because their waitlist is not ranked

I just committed to Tufts, I'm so excited!!! It feels very unreal 🥹 Does anyone happen to know when orientation and the start of the semester are?

here is a picture from accepted students weekend. we will have one week of orientation, which is new this year. during orientation we will have one class each day. after class we meet with study groups and go over study methods/exercises.

Thank you so much!! I assume the week of the 18th is our orientation week then, or is it the week before that and then we start our normal schedule the week of the 18th?

typically you order them online - the school sends a link for it - and then you pick them up on campus.

I know a few people who use surface pros. I mainly use my iPad as my laptop since I have a keyboard case but also have an hp pavilion laptop for online quizzes and labs. You could take paper notes if you wanted. Whatever kind of laptop works for you tbh.
