I received my interview invite the day after i was placed on the waitlist
 
I just submitted my SA and in the written response portion my last sentence is short of one word i am hoping this won’t be a huge factor of consideration but I am feeling like i messed up.
 
Unfortunately I was just put on the interview waitlist.. is this a kind way of the university rejecting students? Also what happened to the university actually emailing applicants?

I hope I receive an invite. When did you submit your supplemental? I’m on the waitlist….
 
I submitted my supplemental on 9/22 and it still says “invite to complete supplemental application” so I emailed the school on 10/30 asking for an update and they said I would be in review for an MMI once they score my supplemental but have yet to hear anything… anyone having the same issue?

I submitted my supplemental on 11/7 and i also emailed (11/14) and they said its in line to be scored for MMI review. So it seems like they are really behind?

It makes me a little bit nervous that people how have submitted after me have already had theirs scored :/ I just hope I didn’t bomb it that bad

Yup, I received my supplemental on 9/22, completed it on 10/1 and it still says "invite to complete supplemental application"

I submitted my supplemental 9/25 and have had no update since then. Looking at previous years threads there seems to be some that hear back soon and some that hear back months later. I'm trying to be as patient as possible :angelic: but it's a struggle.
 
My status got updated saying Supplemental Application Review this morning, does anyone know how long it takes to get another update?

I went on 10/24, my supplement was due 10/15 or 10/17 I think? I came off of it on 11/4.

Welp, this morning my portal got updated to a interview waitlist. Kinda saw that coming 😅. Seems like some other people have been offered an interview shortly after? So, still hopeful
 
I was placed on the interview waitlist on 11/7. I emailed the admissions office to see if there was any extra info they had on this and they responded with this: "All applicants that are not invited to the MMI are placed on the MMI waitlist. We do MMI invitations every week. You are being reviewed for MMI invites every week. No one is denied until all MMI dates are filled. You will know if you are denied or invited to an MMI invite by mid-January. We do MMIs until mid-March and have MMI dates filled until the end of January."

Hopefully those of us who are on the waitlist are offered interviews soon.
 
Interview waitlisted here as well, took my app 6 days (including weekend days) to go from review to a hold.
 
For those that were offered an interview after being put on the waitlist or denied, did they send you an actual email or did you have to keep checking your portal. I’m waitlisted and I’m wondering if at this point I should still be checking my portal every couple hours 😅

I got an email on 11/10 and my portal changed 11/16.

I never got an email about it, I just kept checking my portal
 
I've kinda been getting the vibe from most people that most people pulled off don't get an email, just a few.
 
I didn’t get an email but checked the portal and was invited.
 
Sending the highest and most positive energy out there to all of those waiting for the supplemental invite or the MMI invite!!! Remain hopeful, give yourself more credit, and don’t undermine all of the hard work that has brought you up to this point! 💙❤️

Finally got an update on my portal that my application was in review! Hoping for the best 🤞🏻
 
My supplemental application went under review on 10/10, got the MMI invite hold on 10/22 😢 ugh so stressed

I also went onto the MMI invite hold on 10/22! I'm not super stressed yet (although it's always a good idea to assume a rejection anywhere until you get an acceptance)... It sounds like it's sort of a rolling interview process. On the thread from last year, several people weren't invited for an interview until January and still got accepted.

This is also my first time applying! But I read an MMI book (not so sure of the name right now) and watched a few youtube videos. I was told to not rehearse answers
