I'm doing a master's in animal science at Purdue University! I got my bachelor's in animal science from here too so after almost 6 years here, I can say it's a really great school and program 😊

My portal still says that I’ve been invited to complete the supplemental. I submitted it on 11/16. I’m starting to get a bit worried

I'm still waiting for mine to change from "invited to complete the supplemental" too. I submitted my supplemental on 10/16 so it's been over 6 weeks of waiting for me.
 
Any updates on decisions? I feel like only one person has been admitted from the 11/04 MMI!

What I gathered from when I had my MMI in later november was that they do full reviews for decisions only once a month, so the one in December has not happened yet and we wouldn't expect to hear until the end of the year.... Although if you are not accepted you are continually reviewed each time (I believe similar to MMI process) -- but someone please correct me if I am wrong!!

Hi, thank you! That sounds right! I guess I had just forgotten that they review once a month. I thought that they were just going at it every week so I’ve been attached to my phone ever Friday for the past month

As far as I know, that is what it sounded like to me! They were pretty explicit about not rejecting anyone until the end, and continually reviewing. but others feel free to chime in if I missed something they said!!
 
Has anyone had any movement on the mmi invite waitlist recently?
 
Finally in supplemental review (12/7)! I submitted my supplemental on 10/16.

Okay thanks. Yeah for real. It seemed like they were reviewing them in order of submission but apparently not.

Submitted supplemental 10/7 and went under review 12/7. Very nervous as I feel I did pretty terrible on the supplemental 😢
 
I’m a little worried. I completed my supplemental on 09/19, went under review 10/10, waitlisted 10/22. I feel like I’ve been waiting the longest and people that submitted way before me have already completed their MMIs ☹️ am I silly for thinking I have a chance?

I'm in the same boat as you, MMI hold since 10/25 😕. I do have to say though that supplemental was NOT my best work and I did not do well at all so I get it...

You’re more ahead than some! I was only just invited to complete the supplemental application on 11/7 (completed it on 11/12) and I haven’t heard anything additional from them!

Same but i completed the supplemental the same day (11/7). It seems like its about a 2 month turn around for supplemental review (and then hopefully an MMI hold/interview!)
 
Submitted the supplemental on 10/14, and am now in review as of yesterday 12/9 my advice is to be patient there is nothing we can do to speed up the process and 4/15 is a lot closer than we think!

I know that there's nothing I can do besides wait but I can't help but try to figure out a timeline 😂 I stopped checking my portal twice a day so I'm improving, this is my first cycle though so I just don't like being overwhelmed with the unknown haha

I was invited the same day and submitted mine 11/14 and I still haven't heard anything
 
Congrats!! This is a HUGE accomplishment future docs!! 😍

I never had a hold! I was invited to complete the supplemental app 08/31, and I submitted it 09/01. I was invited to do the virtual MMI 10/21, and I did my interview 11/04. And then I was accepted today 12/09!
 
my supplemental just went into review. I submitted application 9/15, invited to complete supplemental on 11/7 (completed on 11/12) and sent to supplemental review 12/12.

Dang, i was invited to complete the supplemental 11/7 and submitted 11/7 and have no updates yet 🙁

Edit: spoke too soon, mine just got put in supplemental review 12/13! 😅
