Looking for General Dentist, Prosthodontist, Orthodontist, Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, and Comprehensive Dentist.
Direct Accession
- Must be a U.S. Citizen for Active Duty and at least a Green Card Holder for Army Reserve.
- Applicants can start applying for Active Duty in your last 6 months of Dental School or Residency.
- Working Dentists must be licensed to practice dentistry and be a graduate of an ADA accredited dental school in the U.S., District of Colombia, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
- Foreign Professional Degrees are not accepted, no exceptions.
- New graduates applying for Active Duty must show proof of sitting for license within 90 days of graduation or or proof of license after 90 days of graduation.
- Working Dentists must show Federal DEA license.
- Provides a monthly stipend to individuals accepted into an accredited dental program.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Recipient incurs a 1-year obligation in the Army Reserve for each 6-month period (or part thereof) of financial assistance.
- Provides students 2,3, and 4 year scholarships for students enrolled in an ADA accredited Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) program.
- Receive a $20K accession bonus and monthly stipend of $2,999.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Commissioned as a Captain in the Dental Corps upon graduation of Dental School.
- Active Duty obligation is year for year for each year receiving the scholarship with a minimum of a 3 year obligation
