I am going to be a 2nd year pharmacy student and I have a nice place very close to campus. It is a medium sized room in a 2 bedroom apartment. It has a walk in closet and direct access to the bathroom. You will be sharing the apartment with me, as my roommate is moving out. We will share the bathroom and kitchen. Rent is $680/month and includes heat, water, and garbage. DSL + PG&E will run an additional ~$30 total.
