So, we obviously get housing for the first month of being there. It's more like an apartment than a dorm. However, from the research I've done so far, finding affordable but quality housing is actually pretty easy there. It's cheaper than most cities in the US (especially LA and NYC), and it looks like rentals are pretty much always open.

The grading system is based on the University's Common Marking Scheme with 50% being the pass mark.
