University of Michigan Dean's Merit Scholarships

Does anyone know when UMich med school awards the Dean's merit scholarships (ten of them are awarded annually)?

At least 3 of them have already been awarded to members of SDN(I can't remember the other two, but I know spumoni was one of them). So all 10 could have been awarded by now, since U Mich is rolling.
