Well considering that I only applied to 2 schools I really don't have a top choice. I really love the school though but it's good to have options.👍

Well everyone will get notified of their decision whether it is an acceptance, rejection or deferral so don't lose hope.

I submitted mine Aug. 20 something, so kinda in the later group of tier 2. Still waiting for interview invitations. I call the admission office and they told me tier 2 interviews are in January. But it seems like some tier 2 people already got invites? Is it late November and/or December?

Thanks. I would say anywhere between 2-3 weeks is more accurate. Took a little less than 3 weeks.

I just got the letter from UOP saying they will review my application later in this cycle. I really don't understand what they are looking for. I was on the waiting list last cycle and kept doing want they told me to do: more volunteer, more pharmacy experience, straight A's. I am older, from the other major totally different from biology or chemistry. I felt my interview experience much better than the last time. But, don't know why they still put me on hold.

Did UOP put you on the waitlist last year? Based from what I've been reading around SDN, UOP seems to gravitate towards applicants that has extensive pharmacy experience. If you check out the link I posted above, one applicant has a 3.0 GPA no EC but has 2 years experience as a pharm tech. The applicant was put on hold and granted acceptance late May.

Yeah.
UCSF (unlikely to accept me)
UCSD (maybe)
Touro (screwed up on the interview)
UOP has always been my number one choice so I don't really know what to do if they reject my application later on during the process.

Not necessarily, at least not in my case. I started volunteering August 2009 but was not certified until Feb. of this year and have been working since then. I think there is a lot more that goes into it.
