Yeah, I thought it would be 3-4 weeks.
hey sci ^ ^ how was it?
Good, I think, really good!
sci, how long was the interview session? i'm sure you guys did alot of walking through out the campus eh? oh and did you notice if most of the girls/women, were wearing suites or not? sorry just thought i'd ask 😳
It was very cool! My interview was 40 minutes and there were two interviewers, one student and one administrator. It actually ran a couple minutes over which I've heard is a good thing, but it was initially set to a 40 minute time. We were given a tour (I've lived in Stockton for years so nothing really was a shock to me, been to Brookside Hall before, etc) and a student led the tour.
Female dress seemed "normal" to me... No outrageous Prada pant-suits, no jeans. It was what I would have expected... A mix of knee-length skirts (w/ leggings) and pants, very conservative colors. Mostly white blouse/black exterior + black shoes... Only a few really colorful girls.
all in all, a good experience.
thanks! sci...😉 AND i hope you get accepted!!!...😀
Yeah, me too, although knowing my luck I'll get accepted and my wife will get accepted somewhere back east. That's how the cookie crumbles in my life.
Got my Tier 2 interview for Jan. 22nd at 12:30. Anybody else going that day?
yea, i got the same date and time, i wonder how high are chances are since its so late already. Do you know how big the class size for UOP is?
Correct me if I am wrong but from my understanding, they take approximately 100 of their own pre-pharm students leaving another 100 seats open for students from other universities. So their class size is pretty large.

A little over 200, with approx. 100 transfer students. As far as the interviews are concerned, I would not consider it late since they go until March. I would say we are somewhere in the middle.
I have my interview at UOP tomorrow 11/6. Super nervous. Just wanted to vent on sdn.com since I know you guys know how I am feeling right now. Ah!![]()
Just try to get a good night's sleep tonight. The UOP interviews are pretty relaxed, everyone is super-friendly. You'll have one 15-20 minute interview with a student, and another interview with a faculty member. 1-on-1. Just try to relax, breathe, speak slowly, and you'll be fine. Good luck! 😀
sweet, thanks! yea i just heard from ppl on here that they're interviewing in like november and was kinda disappointed cuz i thought jan was a little late...hopefully we get in haha

Hey Everyone! I'm in tier 2 and I was waiting, waiting for my interview letter, rejection letter... Something! And then yesterday I get a letter saying that my application is being deferred and will be re-reviewed again in tier 3! WTH??? Does anyone think this is a good thing? Has anyone else received this same letter? Ugh, what am I supposed to think? 😕
I just got my acceptance email from Veronica! Yay! I'm so happy now. It's my second acceptance during this application cycle. It's such a great confidence booster. So everyone who interviewed 10/16 should check their emails. Good luck to everyone!
CONGRATS!!! Thats great news =D cheeseboy2- when was your interview date?
I was also on 10/16. I'll be honest... i didnt think I did well on the interviews... so to those of you who are waiting..don't get too stressed out!
Congrats! I hope they're not done w/ sending out all the emails. Who else received the exciting email?!
