Up-to-Date Away Rotation Openings

Ladies and Gentlemen: very recently switched into the world of Ophthalmology after finally getting a little clinical experience. While happy to settle on a specialty, it will now be an uphill battle to match this year.

Does anyone have, or know of, a list of places that potentially still have away rotation openings? If at all possible, I'd like to try a 2 weeker starting 9/10. But really please share any openings you might be aware of asap for this year.

The CAS app is draining. Must be the first weed out step…thanks to everyone for all the input. 👍

I'm not sure of any openings for aways, but you should get CAS completed ASAP. Not to worry you, but quite a few programs' deadlines are Sept 1st so you've already missed out on making the deadline at a decent sized list of places. I honestly don't know what the best plan for you from here on out would be, hopefully some attendings or program directors/assistants will comment.
