I am applying for Neurology and took both the USMLE and COMLEX. I did significantly better on COMLEX, and am still confused with the new ERAS rules. If I checked with all my programs and they all take COMLEX, do I still have to report USMLE. Also, if not putting USMLE down at all is not an option, can I put it down in examinations taken, but then not forward my USMLE transcript. This way they will have known that I took it and passed but not know my actually score.

I know this question has been asked several times, but I'm hoping someone can give me an answer.

From the ERAS user guide:

Tip: Osteopathic applicants only: Before you certify your ERAS application, consider whether you will apply to ACGME and/or AOA-accredited programs. If you apply to ACGME-accredited programs and you have taken the USMLE, you must report that on your CAF. If you only apply to AOA-accredited programs, you do not have to report the USMLE on your CAF.

This is not a new rule. Listing the USMLE on your CAF but not releasing your score is a big reg flag IMHO, but you'll have to decide which is the best option for you.
