USMLE Step 3 question

This may be the wrong forum for questions on Step 3...

If a question involves pharmacotherapy, will I always have to know the drug of choice within a particular class of drugs, or will I just be asked to decide the most appropriate class of drugs? Will I be asked the dosage and the dosing interval of the drug I choose? How about the appropriate length of pharmacotherapy?
