megafolyia Dr. Johnson is a she and she runs the gross anatomy course. She is a phenomenal teacher and one of the absolute nicest people I have ever met. (Right next to Dr. King who runs the microanatomy course)
The faculty is one of the strongest things about UTHSCSA. I count many of them friends. Some of them very close friends.
And the rotations at BAMC? Amazing beyond words.

I saw that you are a resident in the ER. I am condsidering either ER or pediatrics. How do you like it? What are the pros and cons?
ok, come on now, UTHSCSA is just too damn long! we abreviate to ut-houston (UTHSC-houston) and you can do it too!Originally posted by roja
lane As a UTHSCSA grad, I must applaud you for not calling it UTSA.
I know, I grew up in San Antonio.Originally posted by roja
seaworthc Nope, UTHSCSA is *not* UTSA. ever. We just pronounced it 'U-tusca' Nice and short. No need to confuse it with UTSA.

I know! I know! It was a 'i've had no sleep and I'm trying to make a funny' moment. Hence the smiley.
Perhaps the inability to compose humorous comments will improve if I drink more coffee.. *g*
