Varsity Tutors diagnostic exams?

I thought they were pretty difficult, anyone else have experience with these diagnostics? When I converted my score it is equivalent to about a 125 in the Biological sciences section.

I am wondering how good their free resources (practice tests, flashcards, etc.) are in regards to studying for the MCAT. Anyone have any answers?
