How much hours of volunteer a week during a gap year without having a job shows that you are staying active?? I am currently doing 31 hours a week and also studying for my MCAT. I feel like that's good enough what do you all think ??

I didn't add in in the 5-7 hours twice a month that I spend with my little during big brothers of NY

That sounds like plenty to me, especially because you want to stay on top of your MCAT studying.
