MCPHS Worcester

synthesis said:I applied to Northeastern, Rutgers, LIU and MCPHS. NE and Rutgers rejected me (grrr!)...no word from LIU but I'm told they'll make decisions in early May. No wait list #s. Have you interviewed yet? I'm up next week. Decisions...it's a waiting game. 🙄

chmunr2 said:#60????? I didn't know schools even made waitlists that long! Hmmmm.....I guess there is always a chance it COULD happen, but still.....UK only has a waitlist of 10-15 people, and even that probably won't happen, so wow.....Of course, I saw on UC's website where they had to send out almost 150 acceptances to get 100 students, so hey, there is always a chance!

pills_r_good said:Yeah I know. It's a long shot, but I'm still a little hopeful, because think about it. When people apply to pharmacy school, they apply to tons of schools. UMKC is a 5 year program, the only pharm school I know of that's 5 years. Anyone who gets accepted theoretically has the potential to get accepted to one of those other schools they applied to. And anyone would choose a 4 year school over a 5 year school without even thinking about it. So it's possible. And someone on this site said that a couple years back, they knew the #47 alternate @ UMKC, and they ended up getting in.
