Waitlist and Deferring

Hey guys,

I have heard that I will soon be coming off the waitlist, and I was wondering what are the chances of letting me defer a year if I wanted to do so. Do they usually not allow students off the waitlist to defer? Does it depend on the Medical School?

Any info would be appreciated! 🙂

I've heard its usually harder to defer from the waitlist, but it probably depends on your reason and the school.

I think it depends on the school. I know that for albert einstein, they had a deadline to defer and reasons why you could defer, (ie finish a degree, finish research project, etc)
