Western is a private school so there is no IS/OOS. Everyone is in the same pool.

I am, but when i emailed them in feb they said "At this time our DVM program has concluded interviews for this cycle. You should receive an end of cycle notice in the near future reflecting this." (which never came)

I was taken off the OOS waitlists for Oregon State and Washington State! I’ve decided to attend WSU, so I declined my offer at OSU.

I had also put down a deposit for Cornell before the deadline, so an OOS seat there should also be freed up now. Good luck everyone!

Last year the OOS wait-list moved around 40 spots. But the year before it only moved a few. So it really can depend.

I think it very much depends on the school- I know CSU was giving two business days to reply with a decision, while Mizzou was giving up to a week after notification.

This isn’t waitlist related but I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this - every time I use SDN now I get the craziest most persistent pop up ads, like genuinely every 5 seconds my screen changes to a weird ad lol. Anyone know a fix?

There aren't any ads on this platform; the issue is likely your phone or computer. Reinstall the app/browser, update your OS, run an anti-virus software, and if that doesn't work, take it to a device repair store to check for malware.

It's just safari on my iPhone tho 😭 The mobile site definitely has ads on it but I'll see if I can block it somehow
