Thank you so much for your reply! Any school suggestions if I want to add a couple of schools?

11 schools is enough. Just not sure about YOUR 11 schools. This is where your lack of networking is hurting you.

200 hours with school children... doing what?

120 hours with an international endodontist... tell us more.

No fine manual dexterity?

What feedback have you gotten from your predental advisor?

Volunteered at a local elementary school to interact with children (grades 1-6) during their playground time to promote prosocial peer relations and problem-solving skills that are essential to facilitate healthy child development.

Shadowed an endodontist in a public hospital in China to experience the different clinical environments.

Fine manual dexterity: Guitar; lab mouse dissection for research; embryo injection under the microscope for research; tying knots both on land and underwater as an angler and scientific SCUBA diver.

Great. Still wanting your feedback from the predental advising team.

Agree with @macsak : I would add your Arizona, Utah, and Nevada options. Maybe Colorado. Drop 3 of the East Coast in return, but whether you want to keep or drop the Ivy schools is up to you IMO. They don't seem that far for reaches.
