Overall GPA: 3.64
Science GPA: 3.53
Bio-Chem-Physics GPA: 3.51
DAT score (include AA and all sections): 22AA 19TS 18PAT 30RC 20BIO 19GC 19OC

Shadowing Experience: general dentist- 90 hours, around 40 from specialties (oral surgeon, orthodontist, endodontist
Volunteering Experience: ~400 hours: volunteer cheer coach, animal shelter, after school program
Employment: Co-owner of family's bakery (opened w mom in hs), lab assistant for university's bio department, physics tutor, front desk assistant at University rec center, substitute aide at elementary school
Research: 100 hours through University's summer research program, currently working on proposal for Honor's research project
Other Extracurriculars: biology club, Phi Eta Sigma honors society, TriBeta biological honors society (VP), Pre-dent club (VP), Cheerleading team, Pre-health science club, honors program, student philanthropy club, student planning committee for University's presidential inauguration

I've been debating applying to more schools (maybe louisville, minnesota, some missouri schools), but wasn't sure if it was too late at this point
 
At this point it is a bit late. If you have money to burn, I guess you could, but you already played your in state options. I would consider the private schools with large classes rather than the publics where you are OOS. But you are getting late.
