Unfortunately, it looks like a few too many reaches (OSU, Keck, Pitt, Case, Penn state, UCLA, UCD, UCI) mostly because of GPA. Now, many of those are either private or your in state for, but either way, you should get some more schools closer to your GPA. I suggest Albany & Toledo. I do not think UWash is worth it.
