Get more time at the food bank. The museum docent (?) role is a cool variation of teaching/tutoring, and a lot of educators work in that sector.

Did you graduate from high school in Illinois? Does your family still live there?

I'll get more time at the food bank! I put additional hours there for planned activities. I graduated high school from Illinois and my family moved down to Texas last year from there.

Only apply to OOS MD schools you would choose over the cheap IS tuition of a TMDAS school. Illinois is very expensive for non-residents. From you list, I would suggest keeping it to these if they appeal to you:

U Chicago
Sinai
Johns Hopkins
Northwestern
NYU
Vanderbilt
Michigan
Wash U
Case Western
