cGPA is 3.49 and sGPA is 3.75 - upward trend (my GPA was < 2.5 prior to joining the military)
BS in Physiology w/ Chemistry minor at a CSU
MCAT is 507 (127, 125, 128, 127)

- 3 years active duty service in the Air Force
- 850 hrs non-clinical volunteering (food bank, little league baseball coach, math tutor)
- 180 hrs clinical volunteer (hospice volunteer, medical mission trip)
- 950 hrs clinical paid employment (summer intern at pediatric clinic, medical scribe)
- 400 hrs research (summer clinical research internship with an oral presentation, undergrad computational chemistry research for 3 quarters with an oral presentation)
- 60 hrs shadowing (primary care, orthopedic surgery, DO)

Miscellaneous activities:
- 1400 hrs as a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor at a Crowne Plaza
- 1800 hrs as logistics coordinator for weekend recreational basketball league intended for teenagers and young adults
- Hobbies: golf, music, food, and driving Uber (I like the conversation and the extra money)

Do I have a chance at all for MD programs? I'm applying in the 2019 cycle. Please advise. Thank you!

I say you have a shot if you apply to a lot of schools that accept OOS and all your IS. Ask adcoms for a list. I would apply to a lot if you want to get in. Also you look really good for DO
