Thank you, @Goro . I also forgot to mention my clinical hours as well (900). Sorry about that. Would you say that if I have ties to New York (immediate family and lived there for part of my childhood), that I could apply to their in-state public schools as well? or is that not enough of a tie? @Faha

How long did you live in NY?

Relatives living there do not make a tie to a state
